We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with experience in leading site teams on residential projects valued between $20m-$60m to join our tight-knit team.
The successful applicant will head up a team of up to 10 site staff on an 11-storey residential project across 3 towers. Reporting to the director of construction and supported by the construction manager you will foster a collaborative team environment through your leadership and communication skills and instil good site governance practices to ensure all project outcomes are met.
The role requires a leader who is conversant with building codes, standards, and build methodologies and has a solutions-driven approach, with the initiative to solve problems and manage conflict.
