About the role

• Immediate Start
• Full-time Fixed Term Contract – 6 Months
• Based at Head Office, Nundah

We are looking for the type of person who has the following:-

          Responsibilities/Skills

• • Preparation of 3D models and construction documents using Revit
  • Coordinating with consulting engineers and contractors
  • Familiarity with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards, and Queensland Development Code
  • Familiarity with multi-residential and mixed-use construction processes and methodology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google workspace would be advantageous

        Qualifications

• • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar design drafting role
  • Tertiary qualification in Building Design/Drafting or relevant industry experience in Architecture/Design
