You will be the type of person who has the following:-

              Skills

• • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional planning and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage conflict in a professional manner

              Quals

• • Trade qualification or Construction Management degree is required for this position
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman in building & construction industry (preferably internal fit-outs)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multi-residential projects from start through completion
  • In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • QBCC Builders Open license (supervisor/builder) a must
  • Full-time availability with an immediate start
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Construction white card
