Bask Bokarina Construction Outlook
Updates for the Bokarina Beach Community
GVG is committed to keeping Bokarina residents well-informed of progress relating to our Bask project. We’ll be posting Bask Bokarina construction updates at the beginning of each month to notify you of any significant milestones, changes, or disruptions related to site activities.
Due to the nature and scale of this project, please be aware that disturbances such as noise, dust, and temporary road closures will occur periodically.
We’re excited to be making progress at Bask, which upon completion will not only enhance the convenience and lifestyle of residents, but also that of the wider Bokarina Beach community. We look forward to welcoming vibrant new establishments, including restaurants and bars, to the nine retail spaces that will line Bokarina Boulevard.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards enhancing our community.

Frequently Asked Questions
Residents and their visitors will have local access to their property. We will ensure that one end of any street affected by a closure remains open.
- A traffic management plan will be established in coordination with local authorities for the many stages of works throughout the project. As the project sits on the corner at an integral roundabout, connecting the two residential streets either side, there will inevitably be some short term disruption throughout the project to vehicles and pedestrians and some night works to accommodate safe working conditions for all stakeholders. This will be carefully worked through.
- Dust will be suppressed and managed throughout the projects particularly through the initial civil works with water.
- The work hours will be in line with the local authorities directions and consideration of local neighbours.
