Less than two years after breaking ground, Gardner Vaughan Group is celebrating the topping out of Bask, its second development in the exclusive coastal enclave of Bokarina on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.

Construction is set to commence on One Redcliffe, a landmark development featuring 214 apartments across two towers and 12 ground-floor retail and commercial spaces. The project will be built in two stages, with the first stage delivering 107 apartments. Located in the heart of Redcliffe, this development aims to enhance the area’s residential and commercial appeal.
