Community Updates

Updates for the Caloundra Community

GVG is committed to keeping Caloundra residents well-informed of progress relating to our Eden project.

We are incredibly excited to join the Caloundra community and look forward to working closely with local residents and businesses throughout the delivery of this project. As we commence construction, our priority is to ensure you are well-informed, supported, and confident in our commitment to maintaining a high standard of communication every step of the way.

During construction, we will be taking all practical measures to reduce or mitigate impacts such as noise, dust, traffic changes, and general site activity. We understand that construction can bring temporary disruptions, and we want to assure you that our team is dedicated to managing these responsibly and respectfully.

To keep you updated, we will issue regular project notices outlining upcoming works, potential changes to access or parking, and any matters that may affect surrounding businesses or households.

We deeply value the support of the Caloundra community and appreciate your patience as we begin this exciting transformation. Eden Caloundra represents a significant investment in the future of the precinct, and we are committed to delivering it with care, consideration, and open communication.

Frequently Asked Questions

Residents and their visitors will have local access to their property. We will ensure that one end of any street affected by a closure remains open.

Commencement Early 2026 – Completion April 2028 (weather permitting)

  • A traffic management plan will be established in coordination with local authorities for the many stages of works throughout the project. As the project sits on the corner at an integral roundabout, connecting the two residential streets either side, there will inevitably be some short term disruption throughout the project to vehicles and pedestrians and some night works to accommodate safe working conditions for all stakeholders. This will be carefully worked through.
  • Dust will be suppressed and managed throughout the projects particularly through the initial civil works with water.
  • The work hours will be in line with the local authorities directions and consideration of local neighbours.
